How do I choose the right size bike for my child?
We recommend measuring your child's inside leg length and comparing it to our size guide found on each product page. Our bikes range from balance bikes for toddlers to 26-inch wheel bikes for older children and adults.
Do Bobbin bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, our bikes are delivered 85% assembled. You will need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and saddle. We provide clear instructions and online video tutorials to help you get on the road quickly.
What is your shipping policy for large items?
We offer tracked courier delivery for all bike orders. Shipping times typically range from 3-5 business days within the UK. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return my bike if it's not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 28-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resaleable condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a shipping label.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every Bobbin bike comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on the frame and forks. Components and accessories are covered for 6 months, excluding general wear and tear.
Are the baskets and bells included with the bikes?
Many of our models, such as the Gingersnap and Brownie, come with their iconic wicker baskets and bells included. Please check the 'What's in the box' section on the specific product page to confirm.
